1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the phhcash website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

1.2 By registering an account with phhcash, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information you provide to phhcash is accurate, current, and complete.

1.3 phhcash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the phhcash platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phhcash strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The phhcash platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. phhcash makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the phhcash platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the phhcash platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of phhcash or its group companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who are self-excluded from gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

2.4 phhcash reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account on the phhcash platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account and to keep such information up to date at all times. phhcash is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phhcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phhcash immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phhcash is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. phhcash reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. phhcash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phhcash account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phhcash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the phhcash platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phhcash is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phhcash reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players from time to time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 phhcash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 phhcash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use by a player.

5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 All games available on the phhcash platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 phhcash uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own regulatory certifications.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phhcash will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. phhcash's decision in such matters is final. phhcash is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the phhcash platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to phhcash;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the phhcash platform without prior written consent.

7.2 phhcash reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the phhcash platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of phhcash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phhcash platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the platform.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 phhcash collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the phhcash platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 phhcash implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phhcash cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 phhcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhcash account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phhcash's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.2 phhcash operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory matters shall be addressed in accordance with the relevant regulatory framework applicable to phhcash's operations.
